Philadelphia announced the signing of former Indianapolis Colts Pro Bowl cornerback Kenny Moore II to its practice squad, according to Field Level Media. The 31‑year‑old veteran will join the Eagles on a one‑year contract that could reach $3 million if all incentives are met.
Moore, who was released by the Colts on May 7 after nine seasons in Indianapolis, brings a substantial résumé to a secondary currently coping with multiple injuries. During his tenure with the Colts from 2017 to 2025, he compiled 21 interceptions, 11.5 sacks and 649 tackles over 132 games, starting 111 of them. He earned a Pro Bowl nod in 2021 and appeared in 14 games (seven starts) last season, recording one interception and 55 tackles.
The move adds experienced depth to a defensive back group that has seen several starters sidelined. Eagles head coach Vic Fangio, known for valuing versatile nickel specialists, is expected to integrate Moore into the rotation as the team pursues another championship run, according to IJR News.
