Terms of Service

Averytin Technologies operates the Averytin website, applications, services and related experiences. Averytin means those services together, including social, media, AI, work, marketplace, wallet, earning, signals, Charts & Calendar and P2P Betting features.

User Content means text, images, audio, video, code, listings, profiles, messages, signals and other material submitted or made available by a user. Platform Services means the tools Averytin makes available from time to time.

These terms apply to visitors, account holders, creators, buyers, sellers, workers, clients and participants in any Averytin feature.

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and must satisfy any age, identity, location or feature-specific requirement. Some features, including wallet, earning, work, KYC and P2P Betting features, may be restricted to adults or to verified and eligible users.

Provide accurate information, keep it current and protect your password, recovery methods and verification codes. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

One person may not create accounts to evade restrictions, manipulate reputation, bypass eligibility or abuse promotions.

Averytin is a multi-purpose online platform. Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended or removed. Availability can depend on account status, subscription, verification, technical conditions, third-party dependencies and applicable law.

We may set usage limits, review activity, delay actions, require confirmation, restrict access or introduce additional rules for a particular feature. We do not promise that every feature will be available to every user or in every location.

You retain rights you have in your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Averytin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, adapt, display, distribute and communicate it as needed to operate, secure, improve and promote the Platform Services. This license continues for as long as necessary for those purposes and to the extent required for backups, legal records and dispute resolution.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for your User Content and that it does not violate law, privacy, intellectual property, contract or another person's rights.

You must not harass, threaten, impersonate, deceive, spam, scrape, manipulate engagement, distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass safety systems, expose private information, use another person's identity, infringe rights or interfere with the platform. You must not use Averytin to facilitate fraud, unlawful financial activity, exploitation or prohibited wagering.

You are solely responsible for everything you post, comment, message, upload, create, stream, list, sell, purchase, signal, wager, challenge, accept, approve or do through Averytin. This includes the accuracy, legality, ownership, permissions, consequences and tax treatment of your activity. You are also responsible for reviewing AI-assisted content and actions before publishing or confirming them.

We may remove content, reduce distribution, restrict a feature, block access, suspend or delete an account, cancel or hold an action, and preserve evidence when we reasonably believe there is a violation, a safety risk, a legal request, fraud, abuse, a payment or verification problem, or a risk to the platform. We may take these actions without prior notice where permitted by law, including when immediate action is needed to protect users, funds, data or the service.

Averytin AI assistants are Averytin-branded tools. They may generate text, recommendations, classifications, summaries, drafts or actions using the context permitted by a feature. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, delayed or unsuitable for your situation.

Do not treat AI output as financial, investment, sports, betting, legal, medical, employment or other professional advice. Verify important information independently. You remain responsible for content you publish and actions you approve.

Assistants may use non-private platform information and other data described in the Privacy Policy. Sensitive data is not processed by external AI providers for general assistant use. KYC verification and evaluation may use hosted models controlled for verification. We may withhold security-sensitive implementation details.

AI usage charges: User-triggered assistant use may consume Averytin AI tokens. This includes a chat request, forum AI request, mention of an Averytin agent or bot, or a reply to agent-authored content that asks the agent to respond. The user initiating or inviting the interaction authorizes reservation and settlement of tokens based on the request, context, media, tools and response. Tokens are usage credits, not cash, and are deducted from the user's assistant balance. Token balances may be supplied through a plan, subscription or a wallet-paid top-up at the price shown before purchase. Automatic engagement started by Averytin without a user request may be designated as free. We may change token rates, allowances, plans or prices prospectively and will provide notice where required.

You must not abuse assistants, conduct prompt injection intended to bypass controls, extract confidential system information, automate harmful activity or present generated content as verified fact when it is not.

Work and marketplace features may connect users who offer, seek, buy or sell services, products, digital items or opportunities. Unless Averytin expressly states otherwise, the other party is responsible for the offer, performance, quality, legality, delivery and support of the transaction.

The Hire a Developer experience is a feature within Work. Averytin is not the employer, agent, partner or guarantor of a client, developer, freelancer, seller or buyer merely because a listing or communication appears on the platform.

Where a supported payment hold, milestone, review or dispute process is expressly offered, it is governed by the specific feature rules. Do not describe a transaction as protected, insured or held in escrow unless Averytin has clearly confirmed that status.

Wallet and payment features may support balances, subscriptions, purchases, transfers, tips, gifts or eligible earnings. They may depend on verification, payment providers, currency support, limits, fees, settlement, refunds and legal requirements.

Eligible creators may earn from monetized reels, live viewing settlements, tips, gifts, content programs, signals, work, marketplace activity or other supported features. Where a reel monetization feature is available, the creator may choose to enable it and set a per-second viewing price within the platform floor, ceiling and other rules. The current creator share and any platform share are shown by the feature before or during participation. Viewer payments, holds and creator earnings settle according to the applicable feature rules.

Averytin is not a bank, broker, exchange, insurer, payment institution or tax adviser unless expressly identified in a separate written agreement. A displayed balance, reward, signal or earning opportunity is not a guarantee that funds will be available, withdrawable or profitable.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment details, complying with tax obligations and ensuring that funds and transactions are lawful. We may reverse, hold, limit or review activity to address fraud, disputes, chargebacks, sanctions, compliance or security concerns.

Charts & Calendar, Signals, news, odds, scores, sports information and community commentary are provided for information and entertainment. They may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Nothing on Averytin is a promise of profit or a recommendation to enter a transaction.

P2P Betting may allow eligible users to set proposed terms and stakes, tag or challenge friends, accept or reject challenges, leave a challenge open, invite applications, open a public pool, discuss the claim, negotiate terms, submit evidence and participate in validator processes. It is not available everywhere. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including age, location, tax and wagering restrictions. We may limit, pause, void or review a challenge as permitted by the feature rules or applicable law.

Do not manipulate outcomes, use inside information, collude, create false evidence or participate on behalf of someone else. Averytin does not guarantee the result of a bet, signal, market activity or sporting event.

We may require identity, age, location, source of funds or other information to provide or protect certain features. You authorize us to verify submitted information using service providers or hosted systems as described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not submit another person's documents or attempt to bypass verification. We may refuse, delay, suspend or terminate access when verification is incomplete, inconsistent, unavailable or required by law.

Averytin may offer or require Two-Factor Authentication for account access and sensitive actions. Users may enable an authenticator application and receive backup codes. A valid two-factor code may be required for sign-in, withdrawals, payouts or wallet-spending actions approved through an Averytin assistant. Users are responsible for protecting their authenticator device and backup codes.

Averytin, its name, branding, software, design, interfaces, databases, compilation, documentation and platform materials belong to Averytin Technologies or its licensors. Except as allowed by law or expressly authorized, you may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, frame, modify, distribute or exploit them.

If you believe content infringes your rights, contact Averytin with enough information to identify the work, the allegedly infringing material and your basis for the request.

Paid features renew, end, refund and become available according to the checkout information and applicable plan terms. We may change plan features or prices prospectively and will provide any notice required by law.

Averytin may link to or rely on third-party services, payment providers, data sources, app stores, hosting providers and integrations. Their terms and privacy policies may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

You may stop using Averytin at any time. We may suspend, restrict or terminate an account or feature for violations, risk, inactivity, legal requirements, payment issues, security reasons or operational needs. We may also preserve information and transactions needed for safety, accounting, disputes or legal compliance.

We may block, delete or disable an account or remove content without prior notice where permitted by law. This includes suspected fraud, harmful or unlawful conduct, policy violations, abuse of assistants or betting systems, threats to users or the service, compromised credentials, failed verification, payment disputes or any situation where delay could increase harm. We may provide an appeal or review process where available, but access may remain restricted while a review is pending.

Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature should continue, including payment obligations, licenses, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, dispute provisions and records required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, accuracy, security, compatibility, particular results, successful earnings, profitable trades, project outcomes, delivery, buyer or seller performance, or the accuracy of AI, market, sports or community information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Averytin Technologies and its affiliates, personnel, licensors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunities arising from use of the platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount permitted by applicable law and, where lawful, to the amount you paid to Averytin for the relevant service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Averytin Technologies, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your User Content, your use of the Platform Services, your violation of these terms, your breach of another person's rights or your unlawful conduct.

We may update these terms as Averytin develops. We will post the updated version and change the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
